Već par dana razmišljam o oglasu za poziciju koju imamo otvorenu u firmi. Uloga ove osobe je da pomoću alata kao što su blog, newsletter, forum, intervijui itd prenese poruku o našem proizvodu i firmi, privuče nove kupce, a sa postojećim ostvari bolju vezu. Cilj je preneti poruku, edukovati i kreirati kvatitetan sadržaj koji ljudima pruža vrednost i (in)direktno doprinosi boljoj prodaji.

Problem je što tačno znamo šta osoba treba da radi, ali imamo problem da nazovem tu poziciju u oglasu. Nije ni čist marketing, ni PR, ni community management, ni prodaja, već nešto što se dotiče svih tih oblasti.

Pošto već problem postoji, a među vama ima i dosta iskusnijih i kreativnijih ljudi, odlučih da vas malo iskoristim ;) Evo ga tekst oglasa koji trenutno imamo. Job description:

Spread the Word - Tell the people about our products, its features and how it can benefit them.

Build an Audience - Use blogs, newsletters, interviews and similar tools to build an audience that is interested in our product or already use it.

Reach New Customers - Find ways to reach new customers using the Internet.

Build and Nurture Relationships - Connect and build strong and lasting relationships with the customers.

Anything else you think would benefit visitors of our websites, customers and us.

Requirements:

Great social and communication skills.

Excellent written and good spoken English. We offer tools and resources to improve your English, but good foundation is required.

Faculty degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
